The "coaching by cooking" method combines practical experiences with scientific knowledge. The basic idea is the same for all age groups: not just explaining things theoretically, but involving employees, letting them try things out, giving them impetus and getting them excited about healthy eating and enjoyment through practical implementation.

Content:

1. Interactive short lecture as background information.
2. Live cooking session: cooking in co-hosting and parallel teaching of nutritional background information as well as tips for practical implementation in everyday life.

In our online seminar, we give you tips on how you can relearn intuitive eating and get closer to your goal of finding your way back to your own body awareness.

FIT WITH FELIX

Fit with Felix: Functional Training

In addition to warming up and mobilizing the muscles, this unit focuses on training with your own body weight. In each exercise, several muscle groups are addressed to strengthen the entire muscle system. Thanks to the combination of the short interval training (about 45 seconds per exercise), each strength status can train together. Mandatory is only your own body weight. Recommended is sportswear adapted to the weather, a bottle of water and a towel to lay under.

Yogalates-Training

Sun salutation or powerhouse? Yogalates combines both! Here, dynamic physical exercises from Pilates aimed at stretching and strengthening are combined with yoga panas, which, while incorporating the breath, also provide balance on the psychological level. We invite you to a training session in which we introduce you to the basics of Yogalates with gentle exercises.

With a few healthy ingredients, we show how to easily make a healthy smoothie. A mix of theoretical explanations and exercise as well as exciting and practical ideas for your everyday life awaits you. Enjoy it!

Endurance Health Check

During the endurance health check, we test your basic endurance in a few minutes using suitable cardio equipment. Afterwards, you will receive an evaluation with information about your performance as well as recommendations for activities with which you can improve your endurance. After all, good basic endurance protects you from cardiovascular diseases, among other things, and keeps you fit and efficient.

Diabetes Check

Lack of exercise, an unhealthy diet and overweight increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes - also known as "diabetes". The FINDRISK questionnaire is used to check body measurements and lifestyle, and the long-term blood glucose level is measured. The mixed form of this screening consisting of personal questioning and blood glucose measurement represents a  high-quality measure.
