HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH

Look forward to an interesting and varied program, which will take place every Friday from 7th January to 28th January 2022.

Overall health means better well-being, more life satisfaction and thus also higher performance in work. It helps us to cope well with the daily challenges and stress in everyday life. Join exciting lectures about a focus topic of health. Followed by beneficial relaxation sessions, we want to actively relax and counteract stress. The digitale health program has been put together for you with move UP and our health partner Techniker Krankenkasse to support you in staying healthy.

To take part in the online lectures and online relaxation sessions, simply click on the button indicated at the time of the event. Prior registration is not necessary.
